Enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) with Vind

At Vind, we understand the importance of seamless and secure access to your applications. That’s why we offer Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, allowing you to use your existing identity provider for a smooth and efficient login experience. We support SSO connections via SAML and Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID.

To enable SSO for your organisation, simply reach out to our support team. We will guide you through the setup process and ensure everything is configured correctly.

SSO Integration with SAML

To connect Vind with your SAML identity provider, follow these steps:

  1. Callback URL: Provide the following callback URL to your SAML provider:
  2. Required Information: We will need the following details from your SAML setup:
    • Sign-in URL: The URL where users will be directed to log in.
    • X509 Signing Certificate: Your SAML provider’s signing certificate.
    • Domain List: A list of domains that should route to SSO.

Our team will use this information to configure the SSO connection on our end. Once set up, your users can log in to Vind using their SAML credentials.

SSO Integration with Microsoft Azure AD

To connect Vind with your Microsoft Azure AD, follow these steps:

  1. Callback URL: Provide the following callback URL to your Azure AD configuration:
  2. Permission Requirements: Ensure that the following permission is enabled in your Azure AD:
    • Users > User.Read
  3. Required Information: We will need the following details from your Azure AD setup:
    • Microsoft Azure AD Domain: Your Azure AD domain.
    • Client ID: The application client ID.
    • Client Secret: The application client secret.
    • Domain List: A list of domains that should route to SSO.

Once we have this information, our team will configure the SSO connection. Your users will then be able to log in to Vind using their Azure AD credentials.
